Ingredients: Coarse Himalayan Bath Salts, Fine Himalayan Bath Salts, Epsom Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate , Citric Acid, Organic Peppermint Oil*, Organic Lemon Oil*, Organic Lemongrass Oil*, Organic Lavender Essential Oil*. *USDA Certified Organic Ingredient 

Directions: Pour about 1/4 of a cup into warm bathwater, relax and soak for 20-40 minutes.
