We are excited to announce the beginning of Makes 3 Organics Wellness which is reflecting our evolution from a personal care brand to a full-service content and clean, pure, natural and organic consumer products company.

    The people who make us tick:

    Kristine Sperling, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer ~ Kristine is the creative force behind Makes 3 Organics® and manages operations, including product development, e-commerce and digital marketing, and strategic planning and implementation, among other things. Kristine received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a retired finance attorney, having practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP, Mayer Brown LLP and Husch Blackwell, prior to moving to Santa Barbara.  She serves her community through board service at National Charity League Santa Barbara Chapter, Montecito Trails Foundation, Tribal Trust Foundation, Madison Children’s Museum, Community Justice, Inc., Santa Barbara Girls Lacrosse Association, Inc. and the Sean O’Shea Foundation, as well as through a myriad volunteer service hours at a variety of other organizations. Most of all Kristine loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoor life that Santa Barbara has to offer.

    Daniel Sperling, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Dan is the driving force in creating and prioritizing Makes 3 Organics® sales execution, business modeling, and financial planning and strategy. Dan has an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and an Undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dan brings 15 years of experience working in Corporate Development and Corporate Finance with firms such as Arthur Andersen, Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (acquired by PWC). Dan specialized in valuation, buy-side acquisitions, and strategic planning.
